Badge Values™ are the Badger’s special fee programs for certain types of cases. These are types of cases that come up with some frequency, and tend to play out similarly most of the time. That means law firms can do them more inexpensively. Other firms love these cases because they can charge you full price and make big profits. We Got Your Back. You don’t want to pay full price for a lawyer to represent you in court, but it would be nice to have a law firm help you with your case. We’ll make you a file, prepare standard motions for your signature, guide you on how to represent yourself, and help out behind the scenes anyway we can.  Includes an In Depth Consultation. Misdemeanors: $500. Class F – I Felonies: $800. Class C – E Felonies: $1500. Class A – B Felonies: Call.

Flat Rate Divorce Special  Want to move up to having a lawyer show up with you in court but want to keep the cost fixed? If your divorce is going to be reasonably amicable and doesn’t involve complex financial issues, you can take advantage of our flat rate plans. One payment, and you’re covered the whole way through. (An intake interview is required to qualify and these rates only cover BadgerLawyer legal fees and in-house costs and expenses.) No children, $3000. With children, $5000.

Our standard contingent rate is 28%, more than 5% less than the industry minimum of 1/3 (33.33%), and 12% less than the industry standard 40%. If your case settled for $100,000, that’s $5300 - $12,000 more for you. This fee provides complete litigation of your personal injury case, including the Badger fronting all the expenses associated with the case, such as filing fees and deposition costs. You take no financial risk in pursuing your rights. You repay those extra costs out of your settlement when you get it.

Total Warfare. Can’t stand the idea of being convicted of an OWI? Want to fight it tooth and nail, every step of the way, to the bitter end? The Badger can’t promise you victory, but he can give you every fighting chance. Pricing for total warfare depends on the level of offense. First time OWIs are $2550. Misdemeanor OWIs are $3250-$4250, felony OWIs are $5000 and up, depending on the case. This offer does not apply to accident and injury cases.
